Mountain hotel with rustic, simple furnishings, quiet and located directly in the alpine area at around 1650 m. Right next to the Tauplitzalm mountain station. Winter equipment for your car is essential. You can arrive directly to the hotel via the toll alpine road (around 15 km, €14 per car for one way up / 3-day toll ticket = around €29) in summer. The hotel is separated by a barrier. A code is required to open it. Please call the hotel on the day of arrival on +43 664 3859773 and ask for the code. In winter, the hotel cannot be reached by car. Guests are picked up from the Hollhaus collective car park with tracked vehicles free of charge and taken to the hotel. Guests should contact the hotel in advance on +43 664 3859773. Arrival from Bad Mitterndorf via Tauplitzalm Alpenstrasse (toll, € 14 per car), and park in the Tauplitzalm car park (parking fee: € 5.50 per night). We pick up guests from the Tauplitzalm car park with our snowmobiles to the hotel (approx. 1.5 km), as it is not possible to drive to the house by car in winter. The sauna is open 3 times a week.
