Nestled in the romantic Upper Austrian Danube valley, directly on the Danube, near the Schlögener Loop, between Passau (37 km) and Linz (45 km), is the first INCLUSIVE HOTEL in Austria.

The house itself has a history of over 300 years and, after careful complete renovation, impresses with its simple modernity and offers a total of 49 rooms (including 3 rooms barrier-free), most of which have a terrace or balcony and a fantastic view of the Danube. The romantic, stylish restaurant in the former castle area, the Danube terrace with a fantastic view of the impressive river, the picturesque inner courtyard and the castle garden with herb lounge, pétanque court and hammocks round off the generous space on offer. A cozy bar, a spacious foyer and a wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, high-quality fitness equipment, a hydrojet massage bed and a spacious relaxation room also invite you to relax. In the hotel's own mini-market you can buy everyday items and gift items. We attach particular importance to sustainability. In addition to social sustainability - we are the first inclusive hotel in Austria - we are certified with the Austrian Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel.
