The small fishing village of Agios Nikolaos is located 4 km south of Stoupa on the Mani Peninsula and about 50 km south of the district capital of Kalamata.

The cozy harbour, which is a meeting place for locals and guests, is particularly attractive. There is a small fish market here almost every day. Experience the leisurely goings-on of the islanders in the cozy taverns.

Along the harbor promenade there is a wide range of nice bars, taverns and cafes, as well as shops for everyday needs. Various events such as live music and demonstrations take place mainly in the summer months.

The imposing mountain scenery of the Taygetos Mountains in the background invites you to go on long hikes.

Location:

The charming natural stone maisonettes (freshly renovated in 2020!) are centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops are in the immediate vicinity. It is approx. 800 m to the two beautiful sand/pebble bays Pandazi and Kalliopi, the center of Agios Nikolaos and the harbor are only a 5-minute walk away. Kalamata Airport is around 60 km away.

Furnishing:

The attractive holiday complex built of natural stone consists of 2 villas, each with 2 maisonettes. Outside, each maisonette has a covered, private terrace, some with a jacuzzi. Sun beds and umbrellas are included. The maisonettes have their own parking space.

Maisonette B (approx. 70sqm) max. 3 people

The well-designed maisonettes have a living/bedroom with sofa bed, separate bedroom, seating area with fully equipped kitchenette (toaster, coffee machine, kettle), air conditioning (included), open fireplace, flat bed, satellite TV, DVD, radio, WiFi (included), safe (included, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, mosquito nets on the windows and doors, 2 bathrooms (bath or shower/toilet), veranda and balcony (side sea and mountain view). Cleaning and linen change take place 2nd x weekly.

Maisonette B can be booked with or without a jacuzzi.

same equipment with a second separate bedroom. (a maisonette has 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms)

All Maisonette A have an outdoor jacuzzi.

Meals:

Extensive breakfast (selectable from the breakfast menu, e.g.: freshly squeezed orange juice, omelette with cheese/tomatoes and goat's cheese, yoghurt with local honey, fruit salad with tropical fruits, filter coffee, espresso or Greek coffee etc.) in the Panorama Café Lithos at the port of Ag. Nikolaos. No fixed breakfast times.

Sports/Entertainment:

Ag. Nikolaos and Stoupa offer many opportunities for going out and sports (water sports, fishing, bike rentals, etc.). The hiking and cycling trail to Stoupa along the water is close to the property.
