Our house is located in the center of Schladming, in a quiet side street, but only a few meters from the main square.
The hotel is both a retreat and a starting point. Stylish & modern ambience, paired with comfort and warmth invite you to relax and feel good.
You can easily reach the Planai valley station on foot in less than 5 minutes.
Two hiking bus stops are also only a short distance away (2-3 minutes on foot). The ski and hiking area is practically "on the doorstep".

The reception in the hotel has no evening or night service.
Therefore, all guests MUST be informed in advance that if they arrive after 5 p.m., the hotel must be informed (by phone on 0043 3687 61610 60 or by email to info@stadtvilla-schladming.at; by 5 p.m. at the latest: 12:00 a.m.) so that late arrivals can be given information on where to find their key.
The hotel cannot be reached by telephone in the evenings or at night either.
